Letters are ready within 3-5 business days. High-volume periods may result in additional processing time. Students will be notified by email when their letter is completed. Transcripts can be ordered online at http://registrar.yorku.ca/transcripts/ or in person at the Bennett Centre for Student Services. Convocation Invitation and Graduation Status Letters: An application to graduate must have been submitted prior to requesting this type of letter. Please ensure you are eligible to submit an application to graduate and have the application submitted PRIOR to requesting the letter. Applications to graduate can be submitted here: https://registrar.yorku.ca/graduation/apply Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP)/Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Letters for International Students: An application to graduate must have been submitted and all final grades must be posted on your official grade report (not just on Canvas) PRIOR to requesting this letter.
