Letters are ready within 3-5 business days. High-volume periods may result in additional processing time. Students will be notified by email when their letter is completed.

University Holiday Closure Notice: The University will be closed from December 24 2025 - January 4 2026. No letter requests will be processed during this time. Please expect longer processing times when we return on January 05 2025.

Undergraduate enrolment verification and RESP letters are ordered online through the Registrar's Office at http://registrar.yorku.ca/program/letters/.

Transcripts can be ordered online at http://registrar.yorku.ca/transcripts/ or in person at the Bennett Centre for Student Services.
